Where can I buy fashion clip on earrings that are not vintage style?

I can’t wear pierced earrings and am having a hard time finding fashion earrings that are clip on and cute ina variety of colors to match my outfits. Also where can i find good backing cushions. Any information for on or off line stores is helpful and please do not send me to Claire’s-their website is horrible.
